Based on brand owner’s reference pictures and ideas, plus our suggestions on the designing, we turned them into technical drawings. For the logo, we’ve modified couple of times according to client’s requirement. Finally, we did the debossed logo on the temple with nickel free plate which meets 48hrs artificial perspiration test standard.
For the material, we adopted lead-free high hardness copper for the temples and 304 stainless steel for the rim, collocated with acetate tips.
According to client’s need of polarized lenses, we finally suggested 1.5MM thickness of TAC material which is polarized and strong enough against the frame structure. The cost of the lens also meets client’s budget.
