Background: Client from Europe, needs to launch a series of premium injection frame facing high-end customers in the market.
By pictures and ideas provided, we drew an engineering picture and opened a 3D modeling to confirm the shape and technical specs.
We suggested to use best material of TR90 of EMS and wire-core inserted at the end of temple to make the ending part adjustable.
To make the hinge much more stronger, we applied the 5 barrels and coated slotted screws for the hinge.
According to client’s need of polarized lenses for beach users, we used CR39 polarized lenses rather than TAC polarized lenses.
Package Solution: we provided several package solutions and we finalized all the accessories including case, cloth, pouch, booklet.
