Return & Refund Policy
At Trudren Optics, we are committed to providing high-quality eyewear for brand customization and wholesale. Due to the high cost of international shipping, our return policy is strictly focused on defective or incorrect items to ensure a fair and efficient process for our global partners.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is found to be defective or damaged. If 30 days have passed since the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item is defective, damaged, or the incorrect product was received.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale items and gift cards.
- Items returned due to "change of mind" or reasons not related to quality/incorrect shipment.
3. Return Process
- Contact Us: To start a return, you must contact us at info@trudren.com with your order number and photos/videos of the defect.
- Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Due to the complexities of international logistics, the most efficient way to resolve an issue is to return the defective item for a refund and place a new order for the desired products.
5. Shipping Costs
- Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong items), Trudren Optics will cover the return shipping costs.
- Other Returns: If a return is granted under special circumstances not related to product defects, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: May be granted for items not in original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
